Its after-sales service is one of C.I.A.’s strengths:
specialised technicians are at clients’ service for problem-solving and fault remedy, to provide consultancy about programming or for changes in production.

In addition, each machine once installed can be provided with a remote service system and linked up via the web to the service department.

Any problems can then be resolved directly by telephone, with the help of the remote connection, or with a technical intervention within 24 or 48 hours.
