Remote assistance

Every C.I.A. s.r.l. automated system can be supplied with a remote assistance system which enables C.I.A. s.r.l. technicians to connect via the web to the production line or cell in order to check the functionality of each periphery in real time. Response times are thereby shortened and problems solved more quickly.

The remote assistance system may be integrated with C.I.A. s.r.l. line supervisors.
