Off-line programming
The STEREO VISION off-line programming software is based on a stereoscopic optical device which can trace the movement of any object on which specific markers have been placed.
The track is turned into machine language and sent to the robot controller which can then reproduce the operator’s movements exactly.
The software also has a virtual cell simulation showing the robot’s actual behaviour and letting the programmer check that the path is free of reachability, singularity and collisions.
STEREO VISION enables a complex robot path to be acquired simply and quickly, thereby guaranteeing the greatest flexibility, even without a prior knowledge of robot programming or movement.
The creation of the path is done off-line while the real unit is working on other production, drastically reducing the down time production.
